I can't log into my mediQ account. What can I do?
Incorrect or expired verification code
- Check the phone number you provided to see if it’s correct.
- Check the verification code you used to log in to see if it’s correct.
- Check the verification code you received to see if it’s new and valid. Or wait for another 120 seconds to request a new verification code.
Non-receipt of verification code
- The SMS might not be delivered due to connectivity issues. Instead, reach out to your service provider or try again later.
- Go to the search bar and look for mediQ to see if mediQ is marked as spam.
- Please make sure you pay your bill to avoid any service disruption.
- Ask someone to send you an SMS to see if you can receive messages.
- Restart the phone to make sure there’s no connectivity issue.
- Use another mobile phone and insert the same SIM card to check whether you can receive an SMS.
Too many verification code requests
- Wait for another hour before you request a new verification code.
Incorrect account information or password
- Ensure you’re logging in with the same email or phone number you used to sign up.
Forgotten account password
- Select "Forget password" on the login page to reset your password. You can use your phone number or email address to find your account.

Can I change my personal details on mediQ?
You can change your details on mediQ, including:
- Your first and last name(s) and your profile picture
- Your preferred phone number for booking confirmations.
To change these details:

- Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
- Select "My Account" > "Basic Information"
- Click "Edit" on the Right.
- Make any necessary edits.
- Click "Save" to update your details.

How can I update the registered mobile number?

How can I delete my mediQ account?
You can delete your mediQ account at any time by contacting mediQ CS. Here's what will happen after your account has been deleted.
- You will lose access to all your mediQ outstanding bookings and promo codes.
- Your past bookings and wishlist will be lost.
- You will no longer have access to your old account.
- Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
If you have questions about personal data, please contact mediQ customer service. Note: mediQ reserves the right to verify the identity for all personal data questions.
