First Time Booking
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
This depends on the policy of your service.
- For service with 24-Hour Confirmation: Your service will be confirmed within the next working day and you will receive a booking confirmation email within 1 working day.
- For service without 24-Hour Confirmation: your service will be confirmed within the next 3 working days and you will receive a booking confirmation email within 1 working day.
Appointment confirmation is only available for orders that have paid, provided time, location and optional items. If your order has not been paid or items have not been selected, please view "My Booking" > Make online payment and select the location, time and optional items.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within the specified time, please check the spam box in your email inbox first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact online customer service.

Do I need to create a mediQ account before I can book?
You must create a mediQ account to make a book on mediQ service. You can sign up using your email, phone number or a third-party account like Facebook or Google.
To book services/products online at mediQ:
- Browse through services/products for items that interest you
- Select the packages you'd like to purchase
- Enter your personal details
- Make your payment
All left to do is wait for your booking to be confirmed.

How can I cancel/refund my booking?
Check your booking service's cancellation policy.
If your service offers free cancellation: You can cancel the booking yourself within the cancellation period stated on your booking by following these steps:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Go to the order page
- Find the order you wish to cancel and select "Request a Refund"
- Select the reason for the refund, the quantity to be refunded, and then select "Next"
- Conditionally Cancellable Services: Please review the cancellation policy listed on the service page for details. If you wish to apply for a refund, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
- Non-Cancellable Services: Sorry, these services are non-refundable.

Purchase Flow
- Login: Please login/register your mediQ account.
- Product Search: Easily find products by entering keywords or exploring the category menu. For personalised recommendations or purchase-related questions, please check out our Quick Start Guide or contact Chat and Buy Specialists.
- Add to Cart: After selecting the option for the desired product, add the product to the cart.
- Use Coupon and Promo Code: On the shopping cart page, you can apply coupon and promo code to check out (Please read the relevant promotional offer terms carefully, including refund details and complete the service within the specified date).
- Fill in the Information: Select your preferred location and time, optional items and additional items^. Fill in the information of the orderer and the person undergoing the health service.
- Payment: We support various online payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you use offline payment^: bank transfer, PayMe, FPS, or WeChat payment, please select "Other" in the payment method.
^The service provider will confirm the appointment after payment and submission of all selected items.
