Booking Process

1. Select Health Check

Choose the plan and optional items. Consult with CS and place an order online.

2. Confirm Location and Time

22PLUS will call the customer within the next 1-2 working days to confirm the location and appointment time.

3. Receive Email

After confirming the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. 22PLUS will explain the precautions and sample collection services to customers in detail. If you do not receive it, please contact online CS.

4. Go Health Check

Please bring your ID card or passport to the designated centre to receive the service (a parent or guardian must accompany persons under age 18 to sign a consent form on site).

5. Health Check Report

Sensitivity-PRO IgG Food Sensitivity Test & Allergy-PRO Test Plan report is generally available within 5 working days (Other Tests report in 15-18 working days).

6. Regarding Receipts

After payment, mediQ will issue an e-receipt. If you need to mail the hard copy of the receipt, please contact online CS.

Terms and Conditions:

After purchasing an allergy test, the customer will receive a payment confirmation email from mediQ. 22PLUS will call the customer within 1-2 working days to make an appointment.

After purchasing an oral cell sampling stick, the customer will receive a payment confirmation email from mediQ. 22PLUS will call the customer within 1-2 working days to make an appointment to confirm the delivery location and delivery.

The testing plan is suitable for people of all ages.

For customers under 18, parents or guardians must be present and sign a consent form on-site. After verifying the identification, relevant testing services can proceed.

The test service plan is valid for 3 months, and the customer must complete the test within 3 months (from the date of payment confirmation), and it will be invalid after the deadline.

Remarks

Customers can get one FREE telephone counselling session. If they require face-to-face explanations, an additional fee of HK$1,250 will be charged.

If the customer does not retrieve the report within 3 months after the test, all reports will be destroyed and not stored.

An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for additional copies (within 3 months after the test).

The customer shall bear the full responsibility of losing the report by using the mail service.

All tests are not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.

Instructions For Collecting Cheek Cells:

Rinse your mouth with clean water. Please keep the oral clean and moist before collecting samples.
Clearly write in the information on the swab label with NAME, Gender, Date of Birth, and Date of Sampling to facilitate the laboratory check of the personal details.
With clean hands, break the seal on the tube and remove the cap.

Remove the Swab from the tube and vigorously swipe the brush back and forth across the inner lining of your cheek for 60 seconds (Around 20 times). The swiping should be firm but not painful. To ensure that there are enough cheek cells. It is recommended to collect a total of 6 swabs.

Wait for the swab to dry completely (about 5 minutes), then put the swab back into the original tube. Do not replace other caps.
Reattach the cap securely to the tube.

Remarks:

Please return the collected sample to our laboratory within 7 days. Expiring samples may affect the test results, and the laboratory will not process them.
Samples should be stored at room temperature before returning to our lab.
Children under the age of 18 should be supervised by a parent or guardian.
