Can I get a refund on my booking if I was late to the service?
Sorry, the service provider will not be able to wait for any latecomers. Please arrive early or be on time for your service.
If you are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the service provider directly.
Please note that refund requests due to late arrival cannot be processed unless unforeseen circumstances occur. In this case, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
