What payment methods can I use on mediQ?
Online payment

- UnionPay
- Apple Pay (iOS phones only)
- Google Pay (Android phone only)
Offline payment
If you use offline payment methods when ordering online, please select "Other" in the payment method. After placing your order, you can choose:
- Bank Transfer (HSBC: 741-159396-838)
- PayMe
- FPS (FPS ID: 3577632)
- WeChat Pay
Customers generally need to complete payment within 4 days after placing an order. Overdue orders will be cancelled. Product promotions and limited-time offers may have additional designated payment times.

Is my payment secure?
mediQ uses secure third-party payment gateways to process your payment. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
If you save your credit card information, the information will be encrypted and securely stored through a third-party gateway and submitted directly to your bank for authorisation.

Will I be charged an international transaction fee for my booking?
mediQ does not charge any additional handling fees for booking an service, but some banks may charge international transaction fees if you are not paying in the local currency of your payment card. Please check with your bank before making a booking.
Heads up: There might be extra fees when using PayPal. Contact your bank for more details.

Why did my payment fail?
If you're experiencing issues when making your payment, please try the following:
- Double-check that you've entered your payment details (card number, expiry date, CVV code, etc.) correctly.
- Check if your card is authorised for online purchases. Please reach out to your bank directly for more information on this.
- Try using a different browser to make your mediQ booking.
- Try using another card or choose a different payment method.

I've found an unknown purchase on mediQ in my bank account statement. What should I do?
If you were notified of an unauthorised purchase from mediQ using your credit or debit card, please go through the following steps:
- Confirm that you still have access to your mediQ account. If you've lost access to your account, get in touch with mediQ Customer Support.
- Double-check the purchase against your mediQ purchase history to confirm that the payment was unauthorised.
- Contact your bank immediately to make a report and see if the payment can be stopped.
- Get in touch with mediQ's customer support agents to coordinate your concerns.
- To avoid this situation, avoid sharing your mediQ account details and password with anyone. Please log out of mediQ after making any purchases, especially if you are using a public computer.
