- MediQ Asia Health LIMITED ("mediQ") is the organizer of mediQ Membership Welcome Campaign (this "Campaign").
- The Campaign period is from 1st of October 2023 until further notice.
- During the Campaign period, receive 3 body check coupons, 1 vaccine coupon and 2 DNA Test coupon (Total $820) upon newly user, the coupon can be used when meeting it's the requirements.
- The newly user defined as the user has never had any purchse transaction records and registered with mobile numbers or emails at mediQ before.
- The coupon will be send to your account immediately after registration. User can check the coupon in "Coupon" under My Account".
- The coupon shall only be valid for 30 days from the sent out date.
- Each user is restricted to only once new member registration and enjoy the complimentary offer once within the Campaign period. mediQ reserves the right to revoke its eligibility for the offer if it finds a fake account or a suspected fake account.
- All information and time will be restricted based on the reception of mediQ server. By participating, it indicates your agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
- The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other mediQ coupons. It is also not exchangeable for cash, refund or coupon in other denominations. No change will be given whether in cash or in other form. Amount of coupon will be deducted proportionally according to the price of product. For return and refund after using mediQ coupons, the amount of the used coupon will be fully deducted from the refund amount, regardless of the amount of the returned product.
- Participants agree that mediQ is not responsible for any delayed, lost, consequential damages of submitted information arising out of the use of the computer, website, internet, telecommunication or technical problem. All data collected by the server of mediQ serves as final.
- mediQ reserves the right to cancel, end, or postpone the Campaign, or to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of mediQ, and in case of any dispute, the decision of mediQ shall be final.
